I built this website using WordPress, to allow the band to update it easily in the future.
The design was worked from a suggested layout by the band, making the most of the bold imagery.

Elephant 12 for mobile
The type of listeners to this band are of a generation used to viewing most of their website content on mobiles, so this site had to allow them to navigate easily around, to be able to listen to their music as well as view videos.

With more and more people ditching their desktop computers for their phones and tablets, it was important to make sure the website was fully responsive.

I designed the website based on ideas the band had. They wanted a slick website with a full-width banner to showcase the great photography of the band. They then wanted four square 'buttons' linking to important areas of the site. Then areas to accommodate a blog and social elements.
I built it in WordPress so that they would be able to take the site and update it easily. I used an existing template and modified it to meet the requirements of the band.
